Depending on the product you ordered, you can expect one of the following average delivery times:
- Cut Sample Orders: 2-3 business days
- Full-Sized Sample Orders: 3-5 business days
- Freight Orders: 5-7 business days
How much will it cost to ship my order?

Will the product be delivered inside my house?
No. We currently only offer curbside freight delivery services, meaning your order will be dropped off at the curb in front of your home.
How does shipping work?
Once your order is placed, our team will determine the best carrier for your location and package your order for delivery.
The freight carrier will pick up your order, generate your tracking number, and get your floors on the way to you.
With By Appointment freight delivery, expect a phone call from the carrier to schedule a drop-off window.
